The Scientific Committee consists of two parts: a senior committee, composed by member over 35 years old, and a young committee, with members under 35 years old. They examine all papers submitted on time, and make their selection for definition of the final programme of the oral presentations. Acceptance depends on the inclusion of new, relevant and scientifically sound information and findings.
The participants contributions are papers based on the following activities:

1. Ph.D. (with relevant scientific proposals);
2. Research Activities (with relevant scientific results);
3. Projects (with relevant scientific objectives).

The first author and the speaker of each paper must be a young researcher (under 35 years old at the closing date of the Congress - 9th October)
