{"id":21073,"date":"2021-08-03T11:40:50","date_gmt":"2021-08-03T09:40:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.envipark.com\/progetti-p\/2020together\/"},"modified":"2021-09-30T11:50:57","modified_gmt":"2021-09-30T09:50:57","slug":"2020together","status":"publish","type":"progetti-p","link":"https:\/\/www.envipark.com\/en\/progetti-p\/2020together\/","title":{"rendered":"2020TOGETHER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Project<\/strong> <strong>2020TOGETHER<\/strong> was launched under Programme CIP-IEE <a>Intelligent Energy for Europe<\/a> \/ <a>Mobilizing Local Energy Investments \u2013 MLEI<\/a>, with a total budget of \u20ac 487.955. 2020. 2020TOGETHER aims at implementing measures to improve <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong> of buildings and public lighting of the municipalities within the territory of the Metropolitan City of Turin, for a minimum amount of approximately \u20ac 9.500.000, raised through new forms of <strong>partnership between public administrations and private investors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><em>Metropolitan City of Turin<\/em><\/strong> was project leader, with <strong><em>Piedmont Region<\/em><\/strong>, the <strong><em>City of Turin<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>Environment Park<\/em><\/strong> as partners.<\/p>\n<p>The main actions planned under the project were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>energy auditsof<\/strong> buildings in order to identify the most suitable among the ones designated by the Municipalities;<\/li>\n<li><strong>engagement of small and medium-sized enterprises<\/strong>, by encouraging them combine, in order to take on large projects;<\/li>\n<li>research and promotion of <strong>new contractual forms<\/strong>, in line with the guidelines of the Energy Performance Contracting, and identification of new opportunities for financial support through private investors;<\/li>\n<li>coordination of <strong>Municipalities and group of interventions<\/strong> in order to form the critical mass necessary to obtain the best terms and conditions;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>launch of <strong>one or more tenders<\/strong> for the implementation of the planned measures.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.envipark.com\/demo2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Senza-titolo-7.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14049\" src=\"https:\/\/www.envipark.com\/demo2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Senza-titolo-7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"312\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>(click to widen 2020Together model)<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Our role<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Being technical partner of the project, Environment Park was involved in providing energy audits for the buildings and has contributed to drafting the technical procurement documents, in particular those concerning the energy saving monitoring and verification plan.<\/p>\n<p>Under project 2020TOGETHER, Environment Park visited the repurposed buildings.
