The 2020Together project – Torino<\/strong> is getting THER<\/strong> –<\/a> was developed between 2014 and 2017, thanks to a European funding of about \u20ac 490.000 under the CIP-IEE Programme, Intelligent Energy for Europe \/ Mobilizing Local Energy Investments – MLEI. The main objective was to respond to the need of municipalities to overcome the economic and financial difficulties existing at local level to achieve energy efficiency measures on public assets.<\/p>\n

The project, coordinated by Regione Piemonte, had a partnership composed of Metropolitan City of Turin, City of Turin and Environment Park, as technical partner for energy and financial analysis. Specifically, Metropolitan City of Turin has served as a coordinating body and a contracting entity, for which the interventions of individual municipalities of medium-small size are grouped in a single tender to form the critical mass necessary to achieve attractiveness and economies of scale.<\/p>\n

It is therefore within the framework of the project 2020Together that the tender for the mixed concession of goods and services for the energy upgrading and management of 18 buildings owned by 5 municipalities<\/strong> of the Metropolitan City of Turin has been organized and awarded. The municipalities involved are Bruino, None, Orbassano, Piossasco and Volvera<\/strong> in which the energy redevelopment works on selected public buildings are carried out by BOSCH ENERGY&SOLUTIONS, that realizes them thanks to the activation of EPC contracts. In this context, ENVIPARK was entrusted, by tender, with the service of component, chairman of the joint technical committees of the monitoring and performance verification plan (PMVP) – public buildings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

OUR ROLE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The service entrusted by Metropolitan City of Turin provides for the carrying out of the activity of chairman of five joint technical committees and concerns the performance of the activities provided for by the Performance Monitoring and Verification Plan (PMVP).<\/strong> The general purpose of the service is to determine the energy saving performance achieved<\/strong> in each year for the public buildings involved, and in particular:<\/p>\n
