STEPPING Plus is a project co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg MED Program, with a budget of 499.095 €, it is a continuation of the previous STEPPING project where Envipark has been a partner. The project involves 8 European partners, from 5 countries, led by the Piedmont Region.
The project aims to promote and facilitate the energy renovation of public buildings, contributing to the Community strategy “A wave of renewal for Europe”, included in the Green Deal Action Plan. The project focuses on the transfer of the results of the previous STEPPING project, including the MED EPC Guidelines and the Investment Simulation Tool.
OUR ROLE
ENVIPARK is involved in the STEPPING PLUS project through its partner Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo to provide technical assistance for the activation of energy efficiency investments on public buildings belonging to municipalities in the Piedmont region, through the signing of Energy Performance Contracts (EPC). Specifically, the activities involving Envipark are:
- Energy audits for public buildings in the regional territory,
- Technical assistance of a legal nature for the drafting of tender documents and for the activation of tender procedures
