The Piemonte Energy Helpdesk was established as part of a European project promoted by the Piedmont Region and Environment Park, with the aim of offering free support to citizens who wish to carry out work on their homes to reduce energy consumption.
It is part of the network of one-stop-shop initiatives referred to in European legislation as tools capable of accelerating the energy renovation of buildings, a key action in support of the Renovation Wave Strategy.
The Energy Helpdesk offers eligible individuals the opportunity to receive free consultancy aimed at clarifying technical aspects related to the implementation of energy efficiency measures.
The services offered include:
- Technical consultancy, addressed to property and apartment owners, to support the energy renovation process of residential buildings.
- Information days, organized in collaboration with local municipal administrations, aimed at citizens and focused on energy saving, particularly regarding cost-saving opportunities and the installation of Renewable Energy Systems.
- Purchasing groups, whose creation is encouraged within pre-existing communities, such as members of a Renewable Energy Community or residents of a municipality. The goal is to aggregate demand for the installation of new Renewable Energy Systems or the implementation of energy efficiency improvements.
